• Providing verbal approval,

• Sending a Mobile Originating (MO) message to a Drifted Treasures LLC employee, or

• Filling out a paper form that includes their phone number.

 

Opting Out: You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying with “STOP” to any SMS message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive a conformation message and we will cease sending SMS messages to your number.

Usage

1. You acknowledge that anyone with access to your mobile phone may be able to view messages you receive through the Service, and Drifted Treasures LLC is not responsible for any unauthorized access.

2. Your participation in the SMS Service is not a requirement for receiving any other services from Drifted Treasures LLC.

3. By agreeing to these Terms of Service and providing your mobile phone number, you authorize Drifted Treasures LLC to contact you by text message using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology where applicable.
